このたび下記の要領にて、第16回の政治と理論研究会を開催いたします。

【開催要領】

・報告題名：「熟議システムと『民意』―国民投票、ミニ・パブリックス、社会運動」

・報告概要：
「民意」はどのようにして測り得るのか? 「民意」に基づく決定とはどのようなものか? 熟議システム論を手がかりに、またアイルランド「婚姻の平等」法制化過程を事例として、その一つの方向性を考察する。
